N.S.S. Bar-B-Que is a family owned mobile catering service that can accommodate weddings, receptions, birthday parties, retirements, small or large private gatherings. All of our side dishes are homemade and meats smoked low n' slow that will have your mouth watering, lips smacking, and licking your fingers. Whether your needs are indoors or outdoors we feature a complete menu of mouth watering Bar-B-Que 'd meats and delicious side dishes.
The goal is and always have been to reproduce the same recipes that kept our family & community together with you the customer. I know for a fact that you will enjoy the generous portions of slow smoked meats and delicious southern sides.

The Motivation
My parents both from the south, mother from Alabama and father from Texas, I grew up eating Bar-B-Que. I watched my mother for many years, cooking a number of things but nothing brought the family or community together like the bar-b-que events. Family and friends came from all around made their way down for my mother's famous bar-b-que.
I helped my mother prep the meats while my father took care of the fire. While prepping the meats with my mother, she always told me that food will always keep family & friends together no matter what. For as long as I can remember my mother kept our family and local community together. Now that I'm older, I want to continue the tradition of keeping family and community together as well.
